_My Motto: Education is the foundation upon which experience can be built.
Creating this course, which teaches Notaries how to become professional Loan Signing Agents fulfills a long time dream of mine to provide people with the tools they need to create successful home based businesses in a field I personally love.
Over the years, both as an Escrow Manager and a Signing Agent myself, I have seen so many notaries start their loan signing business and fail before they ever got started because they were not educated or were poorly educated. We all deserve the chance to be successful at whatever we attempt in life. There are so many courses available that claim to be the best. Many of our students come to us after taking one or more of these courses and after being "certified" as loan signers. They all say the same thing. They are afraid to actually start their business. They are terrified of doing signings because they know they are not prepared. Too many companies are promising the moon and deliver nothing but are willing to take the money.
And the word Certify is a joke! Most certifications are not worth the paper they are written on. We also provide Certification to our students, however, we believe there is a huge difference with our Certification. Our students have to earn a Certificate from us and not all students are able to do that. If we certify a student it is because I am convinced that the student really knows what they are doing. Having confidence, being well educated, marketing yourself properly and having a support system adds up to Success!
Everyone asks where this industry is going. No one can answer that question but here is what I believe. The cream always rises to the top. This is true for people who perform a service. The best will survive and many years of experience tells me that the less than the best will be left behind. As a graduate of Notary2Pro you have your best chance to be the cream!
