_ I highly recommend using new Graduates from Carol Ray's Notary2Pro course. A lot of companies are skeptical about using newly commissioned notaries with little or no experience. In reality, there are many notaries who have been doing closing for years, but do them incorrectly because they have either never been trained or they have been trained incorrectly.

My experience with the new notaries from Carol's course is that they are fresh and eager to learn. They pay attention to detail and really want to excel.  Because of their passion and excitement about what they have been taught, they seem to really care about what they do. If a mistake has been made, they have been trained to resolve the problem quickly and cheerfully.

Carol's course is so thorough and touches on  things that many of the seasoned notaries have never known they were doing wrong. I highly encourage that both old and new notaries take her course.
